DO YOU ONLY SERVICE CA?

At this time, we only offer our Fragrance Bar exclusively in Los Angeles County, Orange County and the Inland Empire. Our team brings a luxury, hands-on fragrance experience to your event, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable scent-making experience. At this time, we do not travel outside these areas.

HOW LONG DO YOU STAY AT OUR EVENT?

Depending on the guest count, type of event, and flow of the event, we typically stay anywhere from 1 to 4 hours to ensure everything runs smoothly and we can accommodate the needs of the event.

CAN WE PICK THE FRAGRANCES FOR OUR EVENT?

Our experienced bar attendant will curate a selection of our best fragrances based on your intake form. Once we review your preferences, we’ll provide you with a customized list of top scent options, complete with descriptions. From there, you can choose up to six unique fragrances to feature at your event!

CAN WE SAMPLE THE FRAGRANCES FOR OUR EVENT?

We’d love for you to experience our fragrances for your event! Browse our online store and choose the fragrances you’d like to sample for a nominal fee. Once selected, we’ll carefully prepare and ship them to you, so you can explore and find the perfect fragrances for your occasion.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH YOUR BOOKING?

What’s Included: Two Expert Fragrance Bar Attendants (For events with over 50 guests, a minimum of 20 attendees is required) Custom Perfume Bottles available in 10ml, 15 ml or 30ml.

Customizable details, including colored tissue paper, labels designed specifically for your event.

Enhance Your Experience with Additional Options: Extra Bar Attendants for larger events, Personalized scent names & order cards. 

Setup Requirement: Clients must provide a 6ft bar or table for our setup.

WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

Reservation Policy: To lock in your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Bookings made within 14 days of the event are subject to rush fees based on availability.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before your scheduled event. Deposits from canceled bookings may be transferred to a future event date within 6 months, pending availability. You can only reschedule event date once.

Mobility

Our perfume bar is completely flexible and can be set up in any location.
