SHIPPING
  • SHIPPING:  Because our products are all handmade, items ordered will process within 7-10 business days. After leaving our facility, items usually deliver within 4-14 business days depending on the location of the customer (AND USPS delays). You will receive tracking information once your package has shipped. *If ordering a special box/bundle, it will be shipped separately at the special box shipping price. Flat rate shipping on your other item(s) and the box/bundle shipping will be combined for a total shipping price. If cart total is over $150 you will receive free shipping. 
  • US : We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $150 and Flat rate shipping on all orders under $150. We don't offer free shipping on shipments to Canada at this time. We also don't give free shipping on special boxes and bundles. 
  • INTERNATIONAL: We do not ship international at this time. 
  • CALCULATIONS: We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our studio in California. We currently ship with USPS and UPS. For our customers convenience at this time, we are offering flat rate shipping based on our customers average order value. 
  • LOST PACKAGES: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.
  • FRAUDULENT CHARGES: Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming purchase with customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this my cause however this policy is in place to protect you.
  • DAMAGES: If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at ronni@demosea.com We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are helpful and will be required. 
  • DISCOUNT CODES: Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply. Discounts can not be used on boxes or bundles. 
  • RETURNS: At Demosea' we are fully committed to our customers satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at ronni@demosea.com. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 14 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit only. We reserve the right to decline the a return request if there is not just cause. We will not accept returns if you just do not like a product/scent, etc. We do our best to provide a detailed product description so we asked that you make an informed buying decision. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.  
  • You reserve the right to cancel an order BEFORE the product has shipped. Once the item has shipped, we cannot cancel your order. 

HOURS OF OPERATION

We are open 8-5pm PST Monday-Friday. We are closed on all major holidays. We will list when our store is closed outside of major holidays on our homepage banner. Please use the contact page or the messenger app to contact us. If you contact us outside of these hours of operation, we will get back to you within two business days.
