You reserve the right to cancel an order BEFORE the product has shipped. Once the item has shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
No. We only ship to Canada at this time.
Demosea offers safe and effective natural ingredients that delivers superior results regardless of the current condition or tone of your skin. It is important that you choose the correct products that best fit your skin type/concerns. We suggest taking our Skin type Quiz on our website to determine which products are best for your skin type. Also, check out the “Ask an Expert” link located on any of our product pages. Use the “Shop” drop down to browse by skin concern and product categories.
With Auto Shipment, you will automatically receive your favorite Demosea products at the frequency you choose. Select this option and save 10% with every future order of this product. You can change your shipment frequency or cancel anytime on your My Account page. Please note that discount codes or rewards points can not be applied to auto shipment purchases.
Because our products are all handmade, items ordered will process within 7-10 business days. After leaving our facility, items usually deliver within 2-7 business days depending on the location of the customer. You will receive tracking information once your package has shipped. During Pre-sale, shipments will take between 10-14 business days. Check product pages and emails for updates.
LOST PACKAGES: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.
At Demosea' we are fully committed to our customers satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at ronni@demosea.com. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 14 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit only. We reserve the right to decline the a return request if there is not just cause. We will not accept returns if you just do not like a product/scent, etc. We do our best to provide a detailed product description so we asked that you make an informed buying decision. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.

We were founded by trained/experienced Ronni Wilson, a licensed cosmetologist and skin specialist. She wanted to create green beauty products for women of color that were natural and effective.
Yes. Normally, the theme will resize images to a default size (based on your width/height ratio setting). We also have Crop setting if you don’t want to scale the image.
Yes, you can. You can also set image border colours.
Yes, you can. Just simply follow the instructions in our Manual Guide, you will be able to easily create a multi-level menu.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
