1 tbs of Honey (add more if you like your tea sweeter)
3 tablespoons fresh Lime Juice
Pour over ice
How to make: Boil water first. Pour boiling water over tea strainer. Allow to steep until tea reaches a dark red color/cranberry color. Remove strainer once color is reached. Add in honey. Allow to tea to cool. Pour over ice. Squeeze in some lime. Add in your other add ins.
Add Ins: You can add some of your favorite flavors to this tea. Basil, lemon grass, lemon zest and mint all taste really nice with hibiscus.
*Hibiscus Tea can affect estrogen levels which means that it has an effect of both pregnancy and fertility. If you are trying to become pregnant or are pregnant, you should probably avoid hibiscus in your diet.
